Solution Title What to do if you think your meter reading is too high
Solution Description Faulty meters are extremely rare.
If your electricity usage has changed it may be due to a new appliance, a change in your lifestyle, an extra person in the house, unusual weather conditions or a faulty appliance (like a leaking hot water cylinder).
You can view details of your current account and consumption from previous accounts with Aurora Online Services if you wish to compare your usage. If you still suspect a fault with your meter please call 1300 13 2003 between 7 am – 7 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am – 12 noon on Saturdays.
