Solution Title Aurora PAY AS YOU GO and concession discounts
Solution Description
Holders of a Centrelink Pension Concession Card, DVA Pension Concession Card or a Centrelink Health Care Card are eligible for a discount with Aurora PAY AS YOU GO. This discount will be applied on the PAY AS YOU GO meter until the cardholder becomes ineligible.
If you are currently receiving a discount on your standard metering, this will be applied automatically when you switch to PAY AS YOU GO.
If you are eligible for a discount but haven't yet advised Aurora, please contact our Customer Service Centre on 1300 13 2003 Monday to Friday 7 am - 7 pm, and Saturday 9 am - 12 noon.
