Solution Title Aurora PAY AS YOU GO and the life support discount
Solution Description Aurora PAY AS YOU GO is not suitable for customers with life support systems that operate on mains power. Aurora does not connect APAYG to residences with life support equipment and therefore does not offer the life support discount with this product.
Aurora has a number of alternative products and payment methods available for life support customers. Please contact the Aurora Customer Service Centre on 1300 13 2003, Monday to Friday 7 am – 7 pm, and Saturday 9 am – 12 noon for more information.
