Step 1 of 3: Query Details

Finding the Activboard Serial Number:
Activboard 48 (AC1 ActivBoard - Firmware 2.xx) - The serial number is located on the back
Activboard 60 and 75 (AC1 ActivBoard - Firmware 2.xx) - The serial number will be located on the pen holders and the back of the Activboard
Activboard 64 and 78 (AC2 ActivBoard - firmware 3.xx) - The serial number is located on the box behind the top left corner or, if purchased in 2006, can be found on a tag that can be found behind the bottom left corner.
ActivBoard 100 / 300 / 300 Pro (AC3 ActivBoard - Firmware 8.xx) - The serial number is located on the left hand side of the board, or on the side of the box in the top left hand corner (100 Series).
